Itinerary

Day 1Rio de Janeiro

Arrival in Rio de Janeiro. Accommodation and check-in at the hotel. Free time to relax.

Day 2Río de Janeiro

After breakfast, the day begins with an excursion to “Corcovado”, passing through the “Laguna Rodrigo de Freitas”. By using a comfortable train at the beginning of the mountain that climbs to the top of Corcovado. From there you can take a panoramic lift to the most famous emblem of Brazil and Rio de Janeiro. At the top of the Corcovado is the monument of Christ the Redeemer, which can be seen at any time from almost anywhere in Rio de Janeiro. From this viewpoint you can enjoy one of the most spectacular panoramic views of the entire world. After having visited the Corcovado, we went to the Sugar Loaf. To get to the top we will take a famous cable car. We will make a first stop in a hill called “Morro da Urca” where there are several gardens and panoramic viewing platforms. When you reach the second stop you can enjoy a spectacular view of Rio de Janeiro, its beaches and the bay “Guanabara”. On the horizon you can see the Corcovado. Lunch in a typical Churrasqueria. Return to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 3Río de Janeiro

After breakfast the day begins with a tour of the city, to visit the historic center of Rio de Janeiro. We will take a walk through the narrow streets, which recorded the history of the city. You will visit the highlights of the tourist attractions, for example, the abbey called “São Bento”, the beautiful church called “Church of the Candelaria”, the “place of the XV. Novembre” and the cultural center, which is located in the reformed bank “Banco do Brasil”. On the other hand you can see the most famous street “Goncalves Dias”, where the traditional bar “Colombo” is located. Finally, the trip ends at the place “Praia Carioca” and the urban cathedral of Rio de Janeiro. (Duration: 4 hours)
Return to the hotel. Free time.

Day 4Rio de Janeiro / Foz do Iguazù

After having breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the local airport to fly to Iguazù. Welcome upon your arrival. Transfer to the hotel.
In the afternoon you have a trip to the Brazilian side of the national park to visit the waterfalls of Iguazù. From this field that has an impressive point of view you will admire the UNESCO world natural heritage.

Day 5Foz do Iguassu

This excursion starts in the morning. After breakfast, we will move to the Argentine side of the falls. Here we travel by train through the jungle and finally we will arrive at an impressive canyon called “Garganta del Diablo” (Canyon of the Devil).
Through some hiking trails you can access the viewpoint “Alvar-Nunes”, the waterfalls called “Bozetti”, “San Martin” and “the two sisters”.

Return to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 6Foz do Iguazù / Salvador da Bahia

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport to fly to Salvador de Bahia. Check in at the Hotel. Accommodation.

Day 7Salvador da Bahia

In the morning you will have free time to relax. In the afternoon we will have a circular trip of the city; Begin to discover the history, tradition and development of this fascinating city. The famous urban district “Pelourinho”, with its colonial architecture still preserved, is part of UNESCO’s world cultural heritage. A stroll through the narrow streets, past the Town Hall Square, the church and the abbey called “San Francisco”, to the access point of Salvador (the place called “Largo do Pelourinho”). Finally dinner in a typical restaurant and the opportunity to enjoy the urban area, with its magical atmosphere at night. Return to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 8Salvador da Bahia

After breakfast. Airport transfer.
